Collection of Personal Information

When creating a personal account within our system, you will be asked to provide first name. last name and email address while creating a password to control access to your account. If you complete one of our questionnaires, the results of the questionnaire will be linked to your personal account. When you complete a registration for a business in our system, you are providing the business with permissions to access the following information: your name, your email address and proprietary reports generated from the results of the specific questionnaires you have completed.

As with any website, we may also gather and store non-personal information obtained through technological resources that may be transparent to the end user through the use of cookies. Please see below for more information about cookies.

To ensure your security, we will never ask you for your username or password.  This encrypted data is unavailable to us to review or verify and should never be provided to anyone, however, you may be asked to access your account and generate a specific request using the system tools to verify your identity.

Our website may contain links to allow you to easily visit other websites of interest. Once you use these links to leave our site, please note that we do not have any control over the content or your use on that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide when visiting these other sites. Controlling your personal information

To ensure that you always are in control of your personal information, we recommend that your account be associated with a personal email address that is not accessible to others and will not change if a company decides to restructure their email or domains.  If you loose access to your account as the result of email changes we may not be able to assist you.  As a general policy, only you can make changes to your contact information using the system.

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

  • if you have previously agreed to provide an organization with permission to access the reports derived from your questionnaire DATA, you can simply contact requesting that the permissions be removed

  • when asked to complete a registration for an organization that you do not wish to provide permissions to, simply do not complete the registration form and notify the requesting organization that you do not wish to be included

If you believe that information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please contact, and we will assist you in correcting any information found to be in error as quickly as possible.  When contacting us you will be required to verify your account by answering specific question that relate to information associated with your account.

Comment Policy

Our blog allows visitors the opportunity to leave a comment in response to a blog post. The purpose of the comments section is to encourage involvement and discussion among readers. All comments are moderated and we reserve the right to delete comments for any reason. Common reasons for comments not being approved include:

  • Comments that offer no real value to other reasons;

  • Comments that appear to be entered by a spam bot;

  • Comments that appear to be entered only to promote a link of the commenter;

  • Profanity or inappropriate language;

  • Insulting or hateful comments directed at other commenters or the article author.

We also ask commenters to use their real name (or a pen name if preferred) when leaving a comment instead of a keyword stuffed name.
