Once you've selected your new hire, you can personalize their onboarding process by looking at their Training Guide, Onboarding Keys, and Working with Me reports to create a smooth transition when joining your company.
A Job Strengths Report is automatically given to a candidate or team member when they complete the BestWork Experience.
Foster more effective communication & collaboration with your team using our Communication Characteristics, Communication Self-Coach, and Collaboration Keys. Use our Communication Troubleshooter to solve any communication issues.
To create more effective communication between managers and team members, you can provide a My Manager report and a Manage Me report. It creates an opportunity for personal awareness and synergy between everyone.
Our Team Engineering tool is a great way to view two team members or a team and a manager. It's especially helpful when diagnosing communication mishaps.
Map out career paths using our Career Path Snapshot and Primary Job Identifier. You can use the Job Fit reports as well.
